In his long and illustrious career he has served prominent companies including Mahkota Technologies Sdn Bhd where he was the Executive Director. He has worn many hats in the field, sitting on committees, serving as editor, mentor and examiner for a variety of institutions.

His job responsibilities include the developing of a Safety & Health Manual for all T&B projects as well as the monitoring of site safety supervisors. He received a certificate in Safety and Health from NIOSH in 2005.
